1. The short version

If a purchase is not right for you, you can get your money back. Ask within 14 days of the purchase date and we refund it in full — you do not need a reason. This is a one-time courtesy per customer, and it applies to every attempt plan and top-up sold on this site.
2. How to request a refund
In shortRequests go through Paddle, our merchant of record — paddle.net or their support team.
Viyat sells through Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for every transaction: Paddle processes the payment, the tax, and the refund itself. To request a refund, contact Paddle via paddle.net — use "View receipt" in your Paddle email receipt, or reply to that receipt, and include your order number. You can also write to us first at support@viyatai.com and we will point Paddle at your order.
3. What happens to your access
In shortUnused tests are removed with the refund; sittings you already completed are your history and stay readable.
- Unused attempts end. When a refund is approved, the tests you had not yet used (mock and module tests remaining on the refunded plan) are removed from your account.
- Completed sittings stay yours. Reports, band scores, and PDF downloads for sittings you already completed remain readable on your account. We do not delete your history.
4. Details worth knowing

- The 14-day window runs from the transaction date on your Paddle receipt.
- One refund per customer. A refund ends the refunded plan's window; it does not cancel your account or your report history.
- Because Paddle is the merchant of record, Paddle reviews refund requests and may reach out before processing. Paddle's own buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Refunds return to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside our control.
